Minimum Stay: We strictly enforce a minimum stay of 35 nights.
Contract Requirement: A formal, temporary lease agreement must be signed by both parties prior to arrival.
Proof of Purpose: The contract will explicitly state the temporary reason for your stay. Guests must provide a valid non-holiday reason (e.g., remote work, temporary relocation, or studies) and proof of a primary, permanent residence elsewhere.
As a legal seasonal rental, hospitality services (such as linen changes) are not provided.
